New D.C. Sports Betting Contract Approved

The contract, which was met with concern from some council members, was awarded to a Greek company. It's worth about $215 million over five years. 

D.C. Sues Marriott For Allegedly Misrepresenting Room Fees

Attorney General Karl Racine said in the lawsuit that Marriott allegedly hid the actual price of hotel rooms and didn't disclose all of the booking fees.

NASA Telescope Finds Alien Planet 

A telescope found an alien planet that NASA says is about 80 percent the size of the Earth. It's in a solar system several light years away from ours.
