Ozzy Osbourne Postpones Tour Dates Until 2020

April 5, 2019

Ozzy Osbourne has postponed all of his tour dates following complications with his health.

In a release posted on his website Thursday, it was announced that he suffered a fall at his Los Angeles home that has caused old injuries to flare up -- preventing him from touring this year.

“Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now," Osbourne said in a statement. I’m grateful for the love and support I’m getting from my family, my band, friends and fans, it’s really what’s keeping me going.”

His North American and United Kingdom tour dates are set to be rescheduled beginning in February of next year. Festival appearances, however, will not be rescheduled.

The release also asks those who have already purchased tickets to hold on to them for the rescheduled dates.

Osbourne must remain under doctor care until he has made a full recovery, according to the release.

“I will fully recover. I will finish my tour. I will be back!” Osbourne said.
