Sesame Street is coming to D.C.

The beloved children's show will embark on a 10-city nationwide road trip stopping in the nation's capital for three days from June 6 to June 8.

Sesame Workshop announced Tuesday that the tour will include "Street-themed activities like a giant maze, a treasure dig, a cookies-and-milk snack station, and photo opportunities."

The visit will also be filmed, giving kids in the District the opportunity to share what they love about the city.

“As we celebrate our decades of impact and look ahead to the next 50 years, Sesame Street’s timeless lessons remain the same: Everyone, no matter who they are or where they are from, is equally deserving of respect, opportunity, and joy,” Steve Youngwood, Sesame Workshop’s President of Media and Education and Chief Operating Officer, said in a statement.
